See every deal, move it forward.
A clear board of your deals by stage, with values, probabilities and close dates, so you always know what is worth your time today.
A board that matches how you sell
Build as many pipelines as you need, each with its own stages. Use one for services, another for listings, another for off-market deals. Colour-coded columns show how many deals and how much value sit at each stage.
- Name your own stages and reorder them
- Totals per stage and for the whole pipeline
- A badge shows how many days a deal has sat in a stage
- Mark deals Won or Lost to keep the board current
Value that reflects reality
Record each deal as a one-time amount or a monthly retainer. Pipeline totals show annualised value and a probability-weighted forecast, and retainers are tracked as monthly recurring revenue.
- One-time and monthly deal values
- Probability and expected close date on every deal
- A running log of notes and updates on each deal
- Attach files such as proposals and agreements
Move deals anywhere, on any device
Drag a card to a new stage on a computer. On a phone or tablet, use the Move to stage dropdown on the card instead. Either way the change is saved instantly and recorded in the activity feed.
- Drag and drop on desktop
- One-tap Move to stage on touch screens
- Convert a won deal into a delivery project
- See the full change history on every deal
A few more reasons teams like it
Multiple pipelines
Keep sales, listings and retainers separate, each with stages that make sense for that kind of work.
Saved views
Save filters such as "Open deals over $10k" and jump back to them in one click.
Won to project
When a deal is won, convert it into a project with its tasks, billing and files carried over.
Common questions
Can I track monthly retainers?
Yes. Mark a deal as monthly and it counts toward monthly recurring revenue, shown in your reports. Pipeline totals show annualised value so one-time and monthly deals compare fairly.
Does drag and drop work on my phone?
Drag and drop needs a mouse, so touch screens use the Move to stage dropdown on each card instead. It does the same thing in one tap.
Can different pipelines have different stages?
Yes. Every pipeline has its own list of stages that you can rename, add to and reorder.
