Every property, fully documented.
Keep each listing with its photo, price, specifications, owner, linked deal, updates and paperwork together instead of scattered across folders and inboxes.
A complete record for every listing
Each property has its own page with the key facts up front: status, price, size, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a price per square foot worked out for you. Add a photo so listings are easy to spot in the grid.
- Types including Residential, Commercial, Land, Vacation rental, Multi-family and Industrial
- Status: Active, Under Contract, Closed or Off Market
- Owner contact and linked deal one click away
- Property photo shown on the card and the page
A timeline of what happened
Log updates as you go: a site visit, a price change, an owner conversation. The latest updates show on the overview and the full timeline keeps the history in order, with who wrote each entry.
- Quick "log an update" box on every property
- Latest updates on the overview page
- Every change recorded in the property history
- Link a Google Drive folder for larger media
Paperwork that stays with the property
Upload agreements, surveys, inspection reports and photos directly to the property. They are searchable in the File Manager and open in a built-in viewer.
- PDF, image, Word, Excel and CSV uploads
- Instant preview, no download needed for PDFs and images
- Files listed on the property page and in the File Manager
- Owner and linked projects shown alongside

Common questions
Can I add several photos?
Each property has one main photo shown on the card and page. Additional photos and documents can be attached as files.
Can an owner be linked to more than one property?
Yes. Link the same contact to any number of properties and see them together on the contact page.
Is there a map view?
Not yet. Properties are shown as cards and lists, with the address on every record.
