Your clients' data, kept safe.
Control who sees what, know who changed what, add a second step at sign-in, and rely on automatic daily backups.
The right access for everyone
Give each person the role that fits. Admins manage everything. Managers see all CRM data. Agents see only the records assigned to them or created by them. Rules are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the menu.
- Admin, Manager and Agent roles
- Agents only see their own contacts, deals and tasks
- Deactivate a user and access ends immediately
- Sessions end automatically after inactivity
A history for every record
Every create, update and delete on contacts, deals, tasks, properties, projects and more is recorded with who did it and when. Open the History tab on any record to see exactly what changed, from what to what.
- Before and after values for each change
- Merges of duplicate contacts are recorded
- Photo and password changes noted without exposing secrets
- Visible on contacts, deals, tasks, properties and projects
Backups you can count on
A full backup of your data runs automatically every day. Admins can back up on demand, download any copy and restore from one if something goes wrong. The latest fourteen are kept.
- Daily automatic backups
- Back up now and download from Settings
- Stored privately, away from the public website
- Restore through your database tools
A few more reasons teams like it
Two-factor sign-in
Add a code from an authenticator app at sign-in. Recovery codes help if a phone is lost, and admins can reset a teammate.
Hashed passwords
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and repeated failed sign-ins are temporarily blocked.
Your own private data
Your CRM data lives in your own database, not mixed with anyone else's.
Common questions
Which authenticator apps work?
Any standard app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy and others that support time-based codes.
What if someone loses their phone?
They can use a one-time recovery code, or an admin can reset their two-factor from Settings so they can set it up again.
Can I restore a backup myself?
Yes. Download a backup from Settings and import it in your database tool. Our backups guide walks through it.
