Never miss a follow-up.
Tasks with checklists and comments, plus a shared calendar of everything that is due, so the right things get done on the right day.
Tasks people actually finish
Create a task in seconds and add detail only when you need it: priority, due date and time, an assignee, a linked contact, deal or project, a checklist, comments and attachments. Changes save automatically as you type.
- Priorities from Low to Critical
- Checklist items and team comments
- Link a task to the contact, deal or project it belongs to
- Overdue tasks stand out on your dashboard
One calendar for everything that is due
See tasks, deal close dates, scheduled marketing posts and project deadlines together. Turn each type on or off, click a day to see its agenda, and click any item to open it.
- Month view with colour-coded items
- Filter by tasks, deals, posts or projects
- Day agenda below the calendar
- Works on a phone with a compact view
Start the day knowing what matters
The dashboard greets you with what is due today, what is overdue, deals that have gone quiet and new leads waiting in your inbox, so you can act before anything slips.
- Due today and overdue counts
- Follow-up queue of stale deals
- New website leads waiting for you
- Quick search to jump anywhere with Ctrl K
A few more reasons teams like it
Assign to teammates
Give any task to anyone on your team and track it on their dashboard.
Attach files
Add documents to a task so the context travels with it.
Comment and collaborate
Discuss a task in its comments instead of long email threads.
Common questions
Do I get reminders?
Tasks show as due and overdue across the dashboard and calendar. Email and push reminders are planned.
Can I see my team's tasks?
Managers and admins can see all tasks. Agents see the tasks assigned to them or created by them.
Can I add recurring tasks?
Not yet. For repeating work, use a project playbook to create the usual set of tasks each time.
