Instead of copying enquiries from email, send them straight into the CRM. Each one arrives in your Submissions inbox, where you can convert it to a contact in a click.
How it works
Your website form sends its fields to a public address that belongs to your CRM. Spam protection is built in: a hidden trap field catches simple bots and repeat submissions from one address are limited.
Add the form snippet
Open Settings and find Website Form Integration to copy the exact address for your account. A simple version looks like this:
fetch('https://YOUR-CRM-ADDRESS/api/submit.php', {
method: 'POST',
headers: { 'Content-Type': 'application/json' },
body: JSON.stringify({
first_name: 'Jane', last_name: 'Smith',
email: 'jane@example.com', phone: '561-555-0100',
service: 'Residential Sales',
message: 'I would like to list my home.',
company_website: '' // leave empty: spam trap
})
})
The fields you can send are first_name, last_name, email, phone, service and message. Each submission needs an email address or a phone number.
Work the inbox
- Open Submissions. New enquiries are highlighted and counted on your dashboard.
- Open one to read the message.
- Choose Convert to contact. The person is created as a Lead with the source set to Form Submission, and the message becomes a note.
Then create a deal or a task so the follow-up is never forgotten.
